A bright school hallway decorated with two hand-painted banners. A large colorful banner across the ceiling reads “Believe in yourself!”; many letters are uniquely styled (the Y is a green dinosaur, the O is a donut, the U looks like french fries, the L includes a sunflower, and the exclamation mark is blue with white dots). Below it hangs an orange banner that says “You Got This.” Classroom door number 210 is visible on the left wall. Cleaning supplies (a yellow mop bucket and cart), a black trash bag, and a gray wheeled trash can are in the hallway; artwork and posters line the left wall. The corridor extends into the distance.
School hallway featuring a large orange banner reading “Donut Stress You Got This,” with donut images replacing some of the letter O’s. A purple banner below displays “STARS.” The left wall is covered with student papers or artwork. A wooden door is visible at the far end of the hallway.

The polished floor reflects light and the hallway continues toward a wooden door in the distance.
Long, well-lit school hallway with a large light-blue banner overhead reading “YOU CAN DO IT!” in hand-painted, colorful outlined letters (YOU purple, CAN green, DO IT! blue). A pink banner below shows the word “YOURSELF!” and additional banners hang further down. White walls are lined with student artwork on the left. A yellow mop bucket with wringer sits near a black trash bag in the foreground; a yellow cleaning cart and gray bin appear farther down the hall. Several closed wooden doors line the corridor.
Decorated school hallway with a large green banner reading “5th grade ROCKS,” where letters in “ROCKS” are playfully styled (R blue, O pink with a flower, C and K green with white dots like cacti, S red with white dots like a strawberry). Below it hangs a blue banner that says “YOU CAN DO IT!” with colorful sprinkles. A bulletin board displaying many student works lines the left wall. The light-colored, reflective floor leads down the corridor past maintenance carts.

April is the Month of the Military Family in Florida! Students and staff were asked to “Purple Up!” today, April 15, 2026, by wearing purple as a visible way to show support and thank military children. Purple was chosen because it is the color that symbolizes all branches of the military. It is a combination of Army green, Coast Guard blue, Air Force blue, Marine Corps red, Space Force blue and Navy blue. Did you purple up? If so, post your photo on your personal social media page with #LCSPurpleUp2026
