What a fun day in 2nd grade! Our students had a blast during Text Feature Surgery — cutting apart flyers, labels, and pages to identify headings, captions, bold words, and more. 🩺📚✂️

They practiced reading like detectives, labeled each text feature, and explained how those features help readers find important information. So proud of their teamwork and curiosity! 🌟
